Have to be a top 16 seed to host a regional, VT has

only been that once in 2007 and couldn't host because
TSP didn't have enough seating capacity.(before stadium upgrade).Went to Columbus (Ohio State) as
a #1 seed there. CalState Fullerton won that regional.
